John’s varied background included preparing food for the New York Jets at their summer training camp in Florham Park NJ. But John found his passion as a fine dining chef in the Gulf of Mexico and Southern Florida, where he developed his deep-seated love for seafood preparation. John loved when fisherman brought in their fresh catches of the day and he could experiment and develop delicious and appealing menu options.
As Executive Chef, and a person with six years of recovery, John loves using his talents to help fellow people who are struggling with recovery. John focuses on providing a wide options of food choices from hearty comfort food to nutritious anti-anxiety-based menus.
