Michelle Dyck started at Water Gap Wellness in 2019, as an intern. Michelle’s specialty was processes and security-related issues. However, once Michelle began working with the clients at Water Gap Wellness Center and the guests at Water Gap Wellness Inn, she discovered she really loved helping people who were struggling with mental health diagnoses and substance use issues.

Michelle is now a case manager for Water Gap Wellness, where Michelle helps individuals with the after-care portion of their treatment. Michelle helps to identify meaningful treatment plans after their stay at Water Gap Wellness.

Michelle hopes she can foster positivity and real change in people’s lives.
