Full Time, Days: 8:15am – 4:15pm
Water Gap Wellness provides PHP services to clients that have Mental Health and Substance use disorder.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing written assessments, diagnoses, and treatment to individuals with psychiatric disorders
- Assist the Medical Director in their duties as appropriate
- Perform other necessary activities at the direction of the Medical Director
- Maintain electronic records of your activities in KIPU EMR system
- Work closely with all clinical, medical, and senior management team
Qualifications:
- 2-year experience in addiction, mental health, and behavioral health
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Current PA Nursing License, Prescriptive Authority license
